Mallah Mohammed Al Taweehah Al Hwaiti was a soldier in the Al Hussein Second Battalion of the Jordanian Arab Army stationed in Jerusalem during the Israeli aggression against the Arab countries on June 1967. On June 6th, 1967, Mallah Al Hwaitis body was missing during the battle in defending Jerusalem, and where it was believed during that time that he was killed. In 2001, a Syrian citizen informed Mallah Al Hwaitis son, Mr. Ghaleb Al Hwaiti. that he had met his father in 1976 in Ashkelon Prison, describing specific descriptions of him, including a birth mark distinct on his foot.
